Leadership Summit 360 (LS360) is an event designed for top leaders from the worlds of business, government, non-profits, and education. It’s described as a luncheon and seminar or dinner event.
The main idea behind LS360 is to call leaders to recenter their leadership on what truly matters. A key focus is the deep connection between family and business. LS360 believes that true leadership starts at home, seeing families not just as places for nurturing but as training grounds for leadership, stewardship, and influence.
Founded in 2013, FFG has served over 5 million Asian families. Our network in East Asia stretches across the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, among others.
Family First Global is a partnership of equals. No country or region is more important than another. We work together in partnership to share programs and approaches that are working well. The FFG Board is comprised of the Chairs and Co-Chairs of each Family First country and region. We carefully consider all points of view before moving forward and try to make all major decisions on a unanimous basis. We meet as a team annually at Family First Summits where all FFG members are also invited.

As the Philippine arm of Family First Global (FFG)—a global partnership serving families across Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—Pamilya Muna Pilipinas drives national transformation by focusing on two key sectors: uniformed personnel and faith leaders. The organization envisions a nation where husbands and wives are faithful to each other, parents are deeply committed to their children, and the next generation understands the value of marriage. By fostering safe environments where children have the tools to succeed, Pamilya Muna Pilipinas aims to bring hope and healing to communities through the love of Jesus Christ.
